Deliveries for Scotland and offshore including Northen Irleland and southern Ireland may incur a small surcharge - please phone 0844 6867867 for more information and charges.
In order to keep costs down the courier service that we use cannot deliver to floors above ground level, therefore items ordered will only be delivered to the ground floor of the house or ground floor entrance of flats or apartments.
Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo using our shopping cart system which is fully supported by a secure server protecting your card details. However if you wish to pay by alternative method please contact us by e-mail email@example.com or 0844 686 7867 for details.
If your purchase is faulty in any way please return it and you will recive a full refund. You will be covered by the full manufacturers warranty. Sorry, we cannot pay for return postage.
Delivery charges and available services are dependant on final destinations. NB Deliveries to Eire and Channel Isles are not currently available via our website.

Tracking Your Order
You can track the status of your order whilst in transit for all Citylink services and Royal Mail services at the respective websites;
NB Recorded delivery is only tracked at the point of delivery. In the event of non-delivery Royal Mail investigations are only initiated after two weeks have elapsed from the date of posting. For this reason we are unable to offer advanced replacements on any items lost in transit using this service.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect orders
We endeavour to ensure that you receive your goods in pristine condition. If you notice that items are missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact our Customer Services Department as soon as possible and not later than 72 hours after receiving the order on 0844 686 7867, or alternatively email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are able to send goods to customers overseas (with the exception of certain products).Please contact us for further information.
All deliveries are subject to clearance of funds and stock availability, this combined with the third party nature of courier services means that, whilst we always try to keep to promised delivery dates, occasionally goods may arrive late. Invariably this is to do with factors outside of SleepKings control. For this reason we cannot offer guarantees on delivery dates or accept any liability for losses as a result of late deliveries.
